Quizby: Exam Prep & Quiz Duel — Account & Data Deletion Center

1. Instant In-App Account & Data Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the Quizby (com.redlight.quizby) mobile application and sign in.
2. Go to "Profile -> Settings".
3. Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen and confirm.
4. Your Firebase Auth account, profile details, mock exam statistics, and Mistake Notebook records are permanently deleted immediately.

2. Web or Email Deletion Request (Without Opening the App)

Even if you have uninstalled the app, you can request full account deletion or partial data deletion (e.g. clearing exam history only) by submitting the form below or emailing info@redlightapps.com / destek@redlightapps.com.

3. Deleted Data Types & Retention Period

• Permanently Deleted Data: User ID (Firebase UID), display name, email, phone number, profile avatar, mock exam results, Mistake Notebook records, leaderboard scores, and virtual coin balance.
• Processing Time: In-app deletions take effect immediately. Web/email requests are processed within 7–30 days and purged from all backups.
