Allfolio is not a bank or brokerage. We NEVER ask for, process, or store your bank credentials, PINs, or credit card numbers.
Portfolio assets, transaction histories, and allocations you log remain confidential and are utilized solely to calculate consolidated net worth and analytics.
We NEVER sell, license, or monetize your portfolio data to advertisers, data brokers, or lending institutions.
A. Account Credentials (Optional): If you choose cross-device synchronization, we use Firebase Authentication (Apple ID, Google Sign-In, or Email) with encrypted tokens.
B. Portfolio Records: Asset quantities, buy prices, real estate valuations, and custom notes are stored in secure Google Cloud Firestore databases.
C. Diagnostic Telemetry: Anonymous crash and diagnostic telemetry via Firebase Crashlytics to resolve stability issues.
All subscription purchases are handled directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing systems.
Entitlements and purchase receipts are verified using RevenueCat. RedLight Apps never receives or stores your credit card information.
You maintain full ownership of your data with immediate deletion rights:
1. Instant In-App Deletion: Go to Profile -> Settings -> "Delete Account & Data" to permanently purge all your cloud records and local data immediately.
2. Web / Email Request: You can request complete erasure via https://redlightapps.com/en/account-deletion or by contacting support@redlightapps.com / info@redlightapps.com.
