2. Local On-Device Game Data (No Account Required)
You do not need to register an account or provide personal identity information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to play Millionaire 2026.
All quiz scores, level 1–15 performance analytics, Training Camp settings, Mistake Notebook records, and language preferences are stored locally on your device using SQLite and SharedPreferences.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob) & App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
We use Google AdMob (google_mobile_ads SDK) to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect and process device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or Advertising ID on Android), coarse location data (IP-based country/region), and diagnostic/ad-interaction data for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
On iOS, we request your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing the IDFA. If you decline, non-personalized ads will be shown with full access to the game.

4. In-App Purchases (RevenueCat, Apple App Store & Google Play)
Optional in-app purchases (such as Remove Ads or virtual lifeline packs) are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing.
We use RevenueCat (purchases_flutter SDK) to validate purchase receipts and manage entitlements using an anonymous App User ID. We never have access to your credit card, bank account, or billing details.

5. Cloud (OTA) Question Updates
When you check for new question packs using the built-in OTA Updater, the app makes a read-only request to download the latest question archive. No personal data is transmitted during this process.
6. Virtual Prize Disclaimer
All prize amounts, money trees, currencies (₺, $, €), and points displayed within the app are 100% virtual, hold no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or real prizes.
7. Children’s Privacy & Your GDPR / KVKK Rights
Millionaire 2026 is an educational general knowledge quiz suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern your use of the "Millionaire 2026: Trivia Quiz" (com.redlight.millionaire) mobile application published by RedLight Apps ("Developer"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Independent Simulation & Virtual Prize Disclaimer (No Real Money / No Gambling)
Millionaire 2026: Trivia Quiz is an independent trivia and general knowledge studio simulation game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any television network or broadcast show.
All prize amounts, money ladders, currencies (₺, $, €), and points displayed in the game are 100% VIRTUAL. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
RedLight Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your mobile device for personal entertainment and educational purposes.
You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, extract the local question database (questions_clean.db), modify, or redistribute any part of the application.
3. In-App Purchases & Refunds
Virtual items (lifeline packs, ad removal) are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. Consumable virtual items cannot be refunded once used in the game. All refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to keep all trivia questions accurate and up to date, RedLight Apps is not liable for any inaccuracies or damages arising from the use of the application.
5. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If downloaded from the Apple App Store, this Agreement is concluded between you and RedLight Apps only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the app, and Apple’s Standard EULA terms apply as a baseline.
